Insanity – Day 10

I’m writing this blog as I get a pedicure. Another reason I like the iPhone. Haha! Today’s workout was Recovery. The squats in this workout are enough to make you want to vomit. Haha! But I really do feel in better shape. My wrists are pretty sensitive so I end up doing anything in plank position on my knuckles.

Within a span of 2 weeks I am feeling close to beachbody ready! Haha! Lots of weird supplements and greens are involved in this process. Don’t judge.
